Terms of payment (when booking on account)

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the guest must make a payment of 100%. (See invoice for amount, payment terms and account details). If this payment is not received by the due date, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will be fully refunded. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Cancellation within 2 days before arrival will be charged 100%.

Rules

• Non smoking apartments
• If you smoke, we ask you to go outside
• Please extinguish and dispose of cigarettes properly outside in the ashtray provided
• No pets in the apartment
• Please respect the night's rest from 10 p.m. for our neighbors
• No parties allowed
• Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight
